Fitness is near and dear to my life, I grew up surrounded by a family obsessed with being healthy and fit (one of my models happens to be my sister Jennifer Sanchez pictured below). In growing up in this enviornment I know the ins and outs of the way a body can contort or flex, it's one of my specialties.
